Returned jewelry needs to be in its original condition and not show any sign of wear, damage, or alteration. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will also be refunded to you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Returns are inspected and processed by our returns department within 2 business days of receipt.
We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping, therefore adequate packaging and insurance are recommended. We do not accept returns if they arrive in any condition other than their original state or if they are past our 30-day return period.
Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original method of payment.
