How can I get a coupon?

Sign up on our mailing list or follow us on Facebook and we will keep you updated on sales. Every time we have a new sale, you will receive a coupon code.

Where do I enter a coupon code?

When you are ready to complete your order, go to the checkout page and you will see a box to “Add coupon code” and click on “Apply coupon” button.

Why do I need to provide my email and phone number when I order?

Your information stays private with us. It is important to have a way to contact you about your order if needed. Sometimes, inaccurate credit card information or address locations can be entered and we would need to contact you. We want to make sure you receive your precious jewels smoothly and quickly!

Will my data be used by other third parties?

We value your trust. Your personal details will never be shared or sold to any third-party vendors.

How will I know if my order has been shipped?

As soon as your order ships from our warehouse, our system automatically sends you a shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. Click on the tracking number and you can access the location information.

When will my order arrive?

The arrival of your package should take within 3 days, although typical shipping times are 2 days.

Your items are shipped by our fulfillment center in Pawtucket, Rhode Island.
