How can I get a coupon?

When you are ready to complete your order, go to the checkout page and you will see a box to add coupon code and click on apply coupon button.

Your information stays private with us. It is important to have a way to contact you about your order if needed. Sometimes inaccurate credit card information or address location can be entered and we need to contact you. We want to make sure you receive your precious jewels smoothly and quickly!

As soon as your order ships from our warehouse, our system automatically sends you a shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. Click on the tracking number and you can access the location information

The arrival of your package should take within 3 days, although typical shipping times are 2 days.

We appreciate your business and want you to always have an exciting shopping experience with us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, feel free to return it for a refund or exchange it within 30 days from the date you received your package. Returned jewelry needs to be in its original condition, and not show any sign of wear, damage, or alteration. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be will also be refunded to you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Returns are inspected and processed by our returns department within 2 business days of receipt. We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping, therefore adequate packaging and insurance are recommended. We do not accept returns if they arrive in any condition other than their original state or if they are past our 30-day return period. Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
